- I've only run the ford tune so this is an opinion piece but from what I have researched this is what I have concluded. (93 octane) Cobb OTS tunes give similar results but with a more aggressive torque curve, on a stock car you get around 270hp and 360tq, with a catback and intercooler and stage 2 map those numbers jump to around 310hp 380tq.

There is no difference in HP between 91 and 93 octane UNLESS you have had your car tuned for 91 octane but can NOW get 93 octane. Well just putting in the 93 octane won't give you any more HP. You need to get the car retuned for the higher octane gas.
